The Chamber of Commerce of Northwest Connecticut will be holding a series of “roundtable meetings,” one-on-one with candidates for a variety of seats.

The Northwest Corner is split between two Congressional districts, the 1st and the 5th, so candidates for both of those districts, Democrats and Republicans, will take part, as will candidates for U.S. Senate.

Up first is John Decker, Republican candidate for the 1st District. He addresses the chamber on Sept. 18.

Then comes 5th District Democratic candidate Elizabeth Esty, who talks with chamber members on Sept. 25. Andrew Roraback, Esty’s Republican opponent, comes on Oct. 2.

Linda McMahon, Republican candidate for U.S. Senate, sits with the chamber on Oct. 9.

John Larson, the incumbent 1st District congressman, arrives on Oct. 16, followed by Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Chris Murphy on Oct. 23, two weeks before the election.
