Moffa pleads guilty in Donovan campaign finance scandal

David Moffa Friday pleaded guilty to conspiring to funnel cash illegally to the Chris Donovan 5th District congressional campaign.
Sentencing will be Feb 21. Moffa will waive an appeal if he gets 24 months or less in prison.
