Ctnewsjunkie reports: “Gov. Dannel P. Malloy, a former prosecutor, said Monday that he has not been contacted by federal investigators regarding the roll-your-own cigarette legislation which was proposed and supported by his administration.”
The legislation is at the center of the arrest of 5th District candidate Chris Donovan’s finance director on federal campaign finance charges.
